The Pinnacle School enables students with language-based social and academic deficits to thrive through small class sizes, differentiated instruction, active problem-solving and relationship building.

Located in Stamford, Connecticut, The Pinnacle School is a private day school for college-bound students in grades 2 through 12. We are accredited by the National England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and are a Connecticut state-approved special education school. Our students are both privately and district placed, and come from Connecticut and New York.

Our enrolled students have learning profiles with a range of learning disabilities and diagnoses such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Auditory Processing Disorders, Social (Pragmatic) Communication Disorders (SCD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Mission:

The Pinnacle School provides a safe and nurturing educational environment for students with unique learning profiles. Through individualized academic programming, active problem solving, and relationship building, students develop the skills necessary to become caring and compassionate friends, engaged members of their community, and resilient, lifelong learners.
